When I arrived, there was an key issue which wasn't a big deal. They sorted the issue out with myself and others waiting in the lobby. I was let in my room but still didn't get a key until the next morning. I was kinda unable to leave again without assistance.

Hotel staff was rude and inconsiderate. Booked reservation through hotels.com and when I arrived at the hotel they did not have my reservation. Had to book a whole new room and pay full price. They did give me a full refund so I will give them that.

It took a long time for them to find me a room. I was late checking in but had booked a room! I was startled the next morning by security asking who I was and telling me they had no record of me being there! If something had happened, my family would not have been notified! They told me to call the front desk……etc. etc.. My daughter in law was internally bleeding and I needed to get to the hospital but was being bothered every way I turned! I’ve never had such an experience at any hotel! A Hilton hotel is supposed to be a wonderful place to stay! Elizabeth Lawson
