I will definitely go back to the Drury. I needed a handicap acessible room...it was large and spacious and clean. I enjoyed breakfast and the late afternoon appetizers that was set up. Great atmosphere and family environment.

Bad interaction

I received call the day of travel to tell me that the hotel was at capacity and that my reservation required a different credit card to hold my reservation by 1 o'clock or it would be cancelled. I couldn't access one at the time but THAT alone made me want to cancel even though I called back for clarification. Hotels.com rep said my reservation was still valid but I didn't want to take any chances so I stayed somewhere else.

Great overnight stop. Bar area with small menu offered just enough options to please us. There was a pool but too many kids for us to want to try for ourselves. Servise was great.

This was one of the best stays weve had in Charlotte. The perks of dinner, happy hour and breakfast were a huge highlight ! Staff was very helpful and attentive. We will def be choosing this place again.
