Proximity to arena and restaurants in Charlotte was good. Room was clean, nice and big. Valet parking was odd, no where to pull in, understaffed for rushes. No self park option. Staff was aloof. Breakfast was good.

We always stay here when we are going to a concert or game at the spectrum center, great hotel and good service. Shoutout to my guy Tiger who was the valet!! Forgot the young lady who checked us in name, it was around 3:05 on 4/10. She was super nice and courteous as well. We will be back per usual.

Upon arrival, only half a roll of toilet paper in the room. Only one person bartending and taking orders. Only one cook. Ordered food in what should have been plenty of time to make the concert, finally, over 40 minutes later, got our food. Made us late for the concert because I wasn’t paying $60 for nothing. For close to $300 for one night, I expected a little better. The receptionist were friendly and professional.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt House/Center Charlotte and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, which I truly appreciated. The H Bar was phenomenal, offering a great selection of drinks and a welcoming atmosphere. The suites were amazing, providing ample space and modern amenities. Additionally, the location was perfect, with convenient access to all the fantastic restaurants uptown. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Charlotte!
