The location is nestled off of the beaten path behind a main road. There is a Sprouts and MOD Pizza close by - making it convenient for a pizza stop or some quick groceries. There is plenty to eat nearby. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. My check-in was the probably the most memorable positive experience of the front desk staff. As an IHG member, I have experienced a variety of pleasant experiences but this one was the lowest. I usually travel and stay for business. This trip was to celebrate my birthday with my family. I had my 3 yo grandson who invoked a visit from security stating complaints about noise, which we understood, but it was the rudeness in the delivery.

My family and I traveled 8 hours to get here for a weekend trip to Carowinds. Not only was the cost per night affordable, but the hotel was clean, staff was so nice and kind, and they had a decent breakfast. 10/10 would stay again.
