We cancelled our reservation with them because our room was supposed to be ready by 3 pm and was told it would not be ready until about 4:30 pm which would have put us being late to the event we were going to that afternoon. They were not friendly about it either. They seemed to not to take responsibility We found another hotel with a room available.

The property exhibits signs of aging and irregular construction. There are constraints in the spacing of bathtubs and toilets. The elevators are currently non-operational, and there is an unpleasant odor emanating from the stairs.

Property is clearly dated, bathroom are weirdly designed with very limited space. You have to step into the bathtub to close the bathroom door, one of the two elevators were broken so long wait times, as we were on the top floor. Front desk staff at check-in had a long line, rude, and made to wait as they attempted to fix room key system, over 20 mins after check in.

I put a deposit for a king size room. Once i arrived to check in I was notified that there were no king beds and I had to get a room with double beds. Then my shower was hot, but the water started to clog up in there. Filling up the tub before I could take a shower.

Staff was very friendly, free breakfast was nice. Hotel is outdated only one elevator worked and was very slow and rickety. They are suppose to be going under a remodel which they desperately need. Asked for extra blankets/sheets/pillows and was told they ran out!? Won't mind going back but only after remodel.
