The staff here were very kind and accommodating, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself wasn’t up to the same standard. Our first room looked nice at first, but the toilet had visible rust stains, so I requested a move. The staff quickly gave us another room, but that one had a noticeable odor. We decided to stay, but later the A/C unit started leaking and left a large damp spot on the carpet. Overall, it just didn’t feel very clean or comfortable, and it made my birthday trip less enjoyable than I hoped. I truly appreciated how friendly the staff were, but I don’t feel the hotel met expectations. I’d be happy to share more details with management directly if that would be helpful.

Wow...and Wow! Exceeded expectations

Loso Hotel had great reviews on friendliness and comfort and I completely agree. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and take care of any needs. Their authentic customer service makes you feel like you have been there many times and have already become friends. The rooms are modern looking and INCREDIBLY clean. The desks and credenza looked like they just polished them! I have stopped staying at chain hotels and try to find good boutique hotels. I will be staying there again on the trip back home.

Extremely helpful staff

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. My friends and I had our flight to Dallas canceled and we had to stay in Charlotte for the night. He accommodated us by upgrading us to a suite at no extra charge and pointing out good places near by to grab a bite.
