My room had not been cleaned except for changing the bedding but im pretty sure there were bed bugs because i had sores on my arms and legs after I lay in it. I called and went down to the front desk to ask them to clean the room and was told they would send someone but I had to ask three more times before anyone would come and even after there was still a dried blood booger on the shower wall food splash on the wall beside the bed, hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, ants on the desk/table, and the carpet felt sticky. Also the mirror in the bathroom slid sideways of its hinge and i even let the maintenence guy in on my way to work, but when I came back it was still down. When I went to check out there was a half crushed still living water bug/roach at the desk and staff just walked past it like it was nothing. The arch over the front door was disintegrating. I understand it was a cheaper hotel but the one next door was so much cleaner so why couldnt they be?

My daughter and her mother had a reservation for two nights that I reserved for them. They only stayed a single night and they checked out early due to the conditions of the location. I was notified the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. She also felt unsafe with the amount of people that were loitering around the area. I attempted to get a refund for the one night that they did not send there but was declined.

Sheets were, let's say not bright white. Water stain on wall, juice machine at breakfast did not work. Saved $35 opposed to hotel next door. I'll pay the $35 extra next time. Never again.

Room was no clean

I’m not going to come back to this hotel because room was no clean. We found bugs, one bit me on my elbow when I was sleep. Air conditioner make too Much noises and shower had stains.

Wasn't expecting much, but I was still underwhelmed. Hotel lobby constantly smelled like curry and marijuana. Suspicious woman sitting in a beat up car in the parking lot for hours on end. Unattended children/teens roaming the halls. The halls of the hotel aren't air conditioned, by the way, so be prepared for 80+ degree walks from your room to the breakfast area or your car. Breakfast was underwhelming as well. Bagels were stale, sausage patties were greasy as hell, and the waffle mix ran out. Don't even get me started on the coffee... Housekeeping came maybe twice during a five day stay; Once on the second day (bed was made and bathroom cleaned). They came again on the second to last day after having to previously ask the front desk for new towels and wash cloths, and took the used towels away and replaced them (bed wasn't made, which I honestly don't care about, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned/reset either. Again, don't really care about that, but fresh towels and wash cloths on a consistent basis is kind of the bare minimum one would expect). Definitely won't be staying here again.

Didn't stay! When we arrived I was told the room I requested was unavailable. At booking I called the hotel and requested a ground floor room with a king bed. I was told that wasn't a problem. At check in it became a problem because the person who cleans that room was off .

Awful. Don’t book here.

Had to go back 4 times because my key didn’t work before they changed my room. No offer to help. Place was run down. Desk chair was all worn out. One of the lights connected to the switch didn’t work & there was absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever.

It was suitable for what we needed, an overnight stay while traveling. Breakfast was the most disappointing part. Stale breads, very salty eggs, few drink options (coffee and juice from a half gallon carton). We towed a trailer and there was sufficient open parking to stay within the lot. The other option offered was street parking. Quiet street, but not what we would have wanted. Not likely to revisit this location, in spite of the reasonable price.

The phone in the room was a facade , no phone wire, literally was there as a prop in room #310. Outside at back of the. Log the parking lot had a large group of kids drinking, sitting on their car hoods, yelling . This went on for hours from 8:30 pm until Midnight. Since I did not have a working phone I got dressed (4) different and went to the lobby to complain. . I ended up calling the police about the group out back of the bldg. it was by then approx 11:46’pm.
