The staff was great. It was my birthday and they got me a small cake. also got me a Panthers t-shirt. was really surprised. the breakfast bar was the best I have ever seen. the room had a full kitchen, which I was not expecting. If I ever go back to Charlotte I will stay at this hotel.

Unable to take advantage of the $25 parking rate, due to a soccer game and the fact the parking lot had set the parking fee at $40. Went to breakfast and there was very little food available; seemed they could not keep up with the number of people who were staying at the hotel.

Great place!

Our stay was great. The hotel is conveniently located literally 5 minutes from the football stadium! The room was excellent as was the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The location was perfect for attending a game at the Bank of America stadium and within walking distance to lots of other areas downtown. Safe and clean, very spacious and the lobby smelled amazing. The only down side was only one elevator was working which made waiting a little longer and the cooling system is a bit dated without a numbered thermostat, only says cooler or warmer. Otherwise it was an awesome stay and we will book it again!!

We visited Charlotte for a Savannah Bananas game, so the area was packed with visitors. Despite being right in the middle of everything, the staff at the Residence Inn were friendly and made the checkin process quick and painless. Our room was ready on time and very clean. The bed was very comfy! We would definitely stay here again, especially with the proximity to the stadium and ballpark.
