We had such a great time with plenty of space. We used the pool daily and loved the view and access to the lake. Great customer service. My only complaint would be that we couldn’t get internet the last two days. We called first thing in the morning when we noticed it wasn’t working and no one was able to come out to fix it. Would definitely return.

Prime Location

Did the family vacation here and had a blast. Enjoyed the convenience of the pool and the property location and grounds are wonderful! The interior of the home could use a fresh cost of paint and the bunk room is pretty tight with no closet, dresser or storage for kiddo’s clothes. The bunk room lacked privacy with no window blind the door that separates it from the main living area is glass. We also did not realize that the owners pontoon boat would be onsite which made finding dock room for our boat and jet ski’s challenging. However none of these things stopped us from having a great time. The property’s location and grounds are fantastic and we spent most of our time either on the lake or in the pool!

Stayed with a group of buddies for nascar event. Great house for many different activities. Plenty of beds. Lots of entertaining space. The most well stocked rental kitchen I’ve seen. Great place.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had coffee and breakfast overlooking the lake and spent the day at the pool. We also did laundry which made unpacking so much easier when we got home! We’re planning our next VRBO adventure!

House had awesome layout and set up for our team event. Management staff EXTREMELY accommodating and flexible for our needs. Outdoor entertainment space is fantastic… great pool, plenty seating and the grills were an added plus. Would definitely stay again!

June Getaway

This house was perfect for our family. It was our second time staying at this house and we are already planning our trip back. Very private quiet dock section that is safe for kids to play in the lake. Kids love to paddle board and kayak and go tubing on the boat. It was easy to rent the boat that came with the house and used sun side rentals for some other lake fun items!

The sleeping arrangements were perfect for my whole family; we had 14 all together, 8 adults and 6 kids. The bunk room was so fun for the kids! The kitchen is well-stocked, and having two refrigerators is key. The low cleanliness score is because of the pool. It wasn’t properly opened, so it was dirty and ended up green while we were there. That part was disappointing. Otherwise, assuming this has been addressed, it’s a wonderful property!

Peaceful Weekend on the Lake

Beautiful and clean property. We loved our time at this house. The lake was gorgeous and the rental team was great to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Very nice location, good amenities

The location and backyard amenities make this house very desirable. Great space for entertaining or larger groups. Plenty of TVs, pool toys, fridge space. You are able to communicate with a property manager at anytime through text which was helpful. One thing that stood out was the general wear and tear on the house; I understand it is meant as a rental so you furnish and utilize it accordingly but some lights and fans didnt work, multiple things were held together with zip ties, pool was dirty. For the prices charged I think items should be fixed/replaced when broken.

Great house and spot for a family vacation

Our 2 daughters found this wonderful house that met our budget and fit our needs - large enough for our family, on a lake with a pool and able to rent for less than a week. Loved being able to rent pontoon through owner, pool table for adults & teens and 2 kayaks and paddle board and corn hole. We believe we left the house very clean and neat. All trash emptied and taken to cans, towels by washer and beds stripped and sheets left at on floor in rooms per instructions.

Beautiful property with great views of the lake. The family had a great time! The A/C struggled to keep the home cool on extremely hot days, and the grill/smoker was broken and not replaced adequately for the price of the rental. Consider altering pool treatments to be at times that do not disrupt the renter’s experience. Overall a positive and memorable experience.

Summer with Family and Friends

Our family and close friends from California, Texas, Georgia, New Jersey and North Carolina came together for a long weekend at Lake Norman. It was fabulous. From the pool table, wonderful lake views, large patio, outdoor pool, tiki bar, and of course the lake toys we had a great time.

Long Weekend

This is a nice property in a great location - a nice part of the lake close to several marinas, groceries and other suburban essentials, and also close to Davidson. The property manager does a great job communicating and the check in process was great. Having a pool and a pontoon boat available on the property made the trip a lot of fun. The property is a little worn and could use some TLC (and a little more cookware) but I wouldn't let that discourage you from staying here.

Golf trip with the kids

We stayed here with our teen girls and two other families. It was a great stay. The kids loved the bunk room and open space . There was plenty of room for us all to eat and hang out in the evenings.
