Overnight stay for a comedy show.

The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with coffee supplies & towels. This was our second stay at The Jeff. We will definitely stay again! True to the online description
 there is NO elevator.

Jeff Studio 301

We love visiting Charlottesville and trying out new places to stay when we visit. The Jeff Hotel did not disappoint. We loved the walk-in shower, comfy king size bed and the bluetooth sound system. Also enjoyed being able to look out over the walking mall and knowing we're just a few steps away from our favorite coffee shop, Mudhouse and awesome food and drinks at Citizen Burger! We definitely will be back, most likely trying out one of the other Studios at the Jeff Hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Jeff! Attending the concert downstairs made the experience even more special, and it truly felt like the perfect home away from home. The accommodations were fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

The room is perfectly placed on Main Street and is super cozy. The bed was amazing and the huge walk in shower was a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming hidden gem

What an amazing room. Things that meant a lot to me:1. Great towels. Large for adults and thick.2. Great bed and soft sheets3. Nice tech upgrades with shades, usb ports in outlets.4. Cool Bluetooth speakers so you can listen to music.5. Cute mini fridge with perfect ice cube holders. 6. 5 stars for Nespresso machine!!! My fav7. Huge tv8. Keyless entry! Awesome9. The bathroom is huge! Shower head was great and not weak. 10. Plenty of extra towels and toilet paper. Yes they have a blow dryer. 11. Perfect location especially if you’re seeing a show at the Jefferson Theater and we were. We just walked down steps and there we were. 12. QuietEvery time we turned around we were just so blown away. They’ve created a huge room vibe for such a small space. Thank you so much. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again. From booking to check out it was easy. The room was small but updated with all the comforts you want. We went to concert at The Jefferson and had an awesome experience. I regret recommending The Jeff to other concert goers because it might make it harder for us to book again!

A nice room in a nice location

Nice stay. It was clean with a nice shower and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The location is very nice- it's right on the pedestrian mall. One last thing- it is a very small room.

Not a hotel

First of all, this is not a hotel and should not be labeled as one. At a hotel I expect staff and other amenities. The pictures I saw online did not match the room I was given and I had no idea I was given a studio room. The room was small, but clean. Bed was too soft and the TV remote case was broken. Since there was no staff there was no one to tell. The location area is run down and not many stores or restaurants were open. Not a worthwhile stay at all. We were so disappointed we ended up leaving all together. This place was not worth the price.

Weekend getaway

Great location and price. The unit was very clean and the AC kept the room cool at all times. A block away from the Saturday farmers market! I booked on a weekend where there were no concerts at the Jefferson Theater. The internal hallway can echo so if you are noise sensitive at night you may want to bring earplugs in case of late night / early morning neighbors. All in all, would certainly stay there again.
