The staff was friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, and the free breakfast was of good quality. I was shocked at $40 dollars in taxes added to my bill and that for a $200 dollar room, there were spots on the carpet, yellow and cracked caulking in the bathroom with scratches in the tub that were rusting. This hotel has seen better days.

The service of the staff was super friendly. However the beds were terrible. Kept waking up in from pain and having to switch positions the beds were so hard. The pillows are super nice though!

Sleep Inn was perfect for our trip into Charlottesville for a football game. It is convenient to the interstate and a quick drive into town to visit The Mall or shopping destinations. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
