I love to watch my guests put wood in the fireplace because I know that makes them feel good. On one occasion, I was delighted to see a family of 5 playing, singing and dancing in the living room.

My breakfasts are delicious, my lunches appetising and my dinners divine with the house speciality ‘La Croustade’ with ravioles that I love to share.
