Nice appartment in quiet area

Used it for a 1 night stay during travelling. Nice with a cold dip in the pool. Breakfast was ok with a fair selection. Reception offers to make frozen pizzas in their pizza oven, the result is amazingly good and just what we needed after a day of travelling on the road.

Not sure if it was because it was end of season but whole area in need of some tlc. Restaurant closed apart from pre ordered breakfast. Kitchen drawers had food bits in them an floor dirty. Not shown where bins or indoor pool was on arrival. Chair broken. A shame as has potential.

Nous aurions apprecié d'apprendre avant notre arrivee que nous ne pourrions pas dejeuner sur place car un groupe avait privatisé la salle. Comme il etait mentionné que le petit dejeuner pouvait etre pris sur place, nous n'avions rien prevu ! Par ailleurs, le logement etait bien mais le menage avait dû etre fait longtemps avant. Des moutons dans la salle a manger.

De A à Z, le séjour a été source de complications. Le code du boîtier à clés ne nous a pas été communiqué avant le jour du départ, nous laissant dans l’incertitude quant à l’accès au logement à notre arrivée. Une fois l’accès obtenu, l’état général du logement s’est révélé très décevant : propreté discutable, table de cuisine avec un volet cassé, grille-pain provoquant un court-circuit, micro-ondes en surchauffe avec odeur de brûlé, manche à balai rafistolé au ruban adhésif,Les réparations sur les murs sont visibles et peu esthétiques, étendoir à linge cassé… L’ensemble donne une impression manifeste de manque d’entretien et d’investissement. Les espaces extérieurs présentent les mêmes défauts, ce qui interroge sérieusement sur la pertinence de proposer des locations en période hivernale dans de telles conditions. Le gardien, bien que très aimable et réactif, est seul en poste et ne peut évidemment pallier à autant de dysfonctionnements. Quant au directeur, informé directement de la situation, il se retranche systématiquement derrière des absences de personnel, sans apporter de solution concrète. Une expérience globalement décevante, très en deçà des standards attendus pour ce type de séjour. Nous déconseillons fortement.

Les informations communiquées sont contradictoires. Le lit bébé réservé à l’avance est à prendre à la réception qui fermait à notre arrivée donc pas de lit bébé en arrivant dans l’hébergement. 1 mini flacon de shampooing et de gel douche pour 4, 2 fourchettes, pas de possibilité d’avoir d’oreiller supplémentaire c’est franchement mesquin. Les murs de la piscine intérieure sont délabrés, l’eau est froide et le jacuzzi est fermé. Établissement loin de tout et proposant peu de services sur place.
