On the 2nd and top floor of a secure building (built in 2006) with an elevator, come and enjoy this 42m² one-bedroom apartment with sea and island views.

For your comfort, it features a private entrance with a closet, a living room with a kitchen/dining area (oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) and a lounge area with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor furniture, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a closet, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.

A private parking space in the basement and a bicycle storage area are also included.

The price includes all bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Tourist tax is extra: €1.10 per person per day (except for those under 18).

Cleaning is optional: €60.

Appartement fantastique, très propre et surtout très bien situé, à l’écart des terrasses en bord de mer (et du bruit) mais assez près pour y aller à pied.Stationnement privé souterrain sous la maison indispensable dans la région.Nous avons adoré.

Appartement idéalement situé, sur la plage avec une vue magnifique et de splendides couchers de soleil, au calme à 15 minutes à pied du centre . Le seul bémol: le portail d accès au garage est étroit et il faut être vigilant pour ne pas abîmer sa voiture.

Vacances de rêve au bord de la mer !!

Nous avons séjournés 2 semaines à Chatelaillon-Plage , l’appartement très bien équipé tout à fait conforme à la description rien ne manquait.. le marché public à distance de marche , la belle promenade de plusieurs kilomètres le long de la mer et le stationnement intérieur est très pratique malgré l’accès exigue

Appartement idéalement situé, très proche de la mer avec tout le confort et une super belle vue. Le parking en sous-sol est difficilement accessible à une grande voiture (manoeuvres assez difficiles à réaliser) mais il y a possibilité de parking à l'extérieur , du moins en hors saison. Nous y reviendrons sûrement!
