Hotel was lovely we left before booking finished as we were not happy with double bed or being by lift which was like Piccadilly Circus noise etc of lift and guests. Asked to change to 2 single bedded room. Hotel had limited twin bedded rooms and was full, so we checked out and stayed elsewhere. Restaurant was good and food excellent.

The hotel was quiet with ample safe parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. For me though what really stood out about the hotel was the quality of the food on offer. We dined in the bar all 3 nights of our stay and the food was excellent. Thank you.

I was there for a wedding…dinner Sat nite took 2hrs for 3 of us to receive and by then the steaks were over cooked. Everything smelled great but very embarrassing for our wedding hosts. Also, my room had a *huge* ball of hair under the iron and various hairs around the bathroom. Otherwise, a pleasant stay so I’m not trying to be ugly.

As you would expect form this type of Hotel

The Room Clean and comfortable as you would expect this Type hotel. The Bar menu was a bit limited so went in to the restaurant the menu not a lot more choose. Then was told after a 15 minuet they didn't have the starter. I felt sorry for the serving staff having to continually apologise to guests for slow service from the kitchen

Bedrooms very basic and dated

Rooms are very basic and dated and furniture worn. Bath very slippery and no bath mat supplied. Window in corridor on 1st floor fully open with nothing to stop a child falling out. Stayed here years ago and were looking forward to return.

Breakfast was good quality although limited options available. Room was very very clean which I was really happy about! The house keeping team are doing a great job. Room was spacious with everything we needed but could do with redecorating as it was very dated.
