Great location and beautiful home that has some updates! My only comments are the exterior needs to be kept up/cleaned and the place needs new mattresses. The floors were also pretty dirty. Everything else was wonderful!

House was a little chilly
 could not get the heat to go higher. Should have contacted you, but it wasn’t that bad. Outside needs some cleanup work. But, we loved the location..convenient to the town shops and the restaurant for breakfast right across the street. It was a little difficult seeing both ways to get out of the driveway
perhaps cutting back some of the vegetation would help. All in all, our stay was terrific and we definitely would come back and recommend it. Thank you!

Property didn't seem finished -there was an open hole in the shelving area. The kitchen lacked space to store food. I also found the knives/pots and pans etc. to be old and in need of updates (the colander had peeling black coating and knives were dull). The wifi also was very spotty. The location was prime however!

Cape Cod League trip

We chose this property due to its walking-distance proximity to Main Street and the Chatham Anglers’ field, and we were so pleased. Safe, relaxing stay. We could see the lights from Veteran’s Field from the couch. Highly recommend:)

You can’t beat the location of this property! We had a great stay. The outdoor area landscaping could use some work but the house was lovely. You could tell in some areas it was an old home but the first floor was beautifully re-modeled especially the kitchen. Would stay again.

The house was exactly as it appeared on the website and the property management company was very responsive to all of our needs during our stay. However, the outside of the property had not had a spring cleanup. There were many dead branches and the outdoor furniture was dirty and we could not use it.

Beautifully Renovated and Wonderful Location Near Town

Stayed here with friends and family over Thanksgiving and absolutely loved the house and location. Del Mar management was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay. There were a couple issues with the heating and they responded via email kindly and quickly. However, it would have been helpful if someone were on-call on Thanksgiving day, as we needed extra blankets after a chilly first night and the blankets were not delivered until the day after Thanksgiving. Despite this, I would stay here again.

Perfection

Beautiful, clean, updated Chatham home walking distance to town! One of our favorite Chatham breakfast restaurants directly across the street! Our family especially enjoyed the fire pit with gas starter. The four bedrooms were very spacious and perfect for our family. Highly recommend this beautiful home for your next family vacation!

Family wedding at Chatham Bars Inn

Home Base was the perfect home away from home for us while in Chatham for a family wedding at CBI. The home is in a perfect location - easy walk to downtown and also the Inn. The home is obviously an antique but very tastefully renovated with minimalist, appropriate beachy decor. The family reported that the beds were all very comfortable and it was wonderful to have the master bed/bath separate from the other sleeping spaces. I would highly recommend this property for a visit to beautiful Chatham!

It’s an old house but updated. Nice table for group games but needs better lighting. Bedrooms were good and beds weee comfortable. Location was close to town. Communications with Del Mar properties was excellent. We had 1 maintenance issue -the ice machine- they responded quickly. Had a great visit with old friends.

The location and amenities were pretty much as advertised. It was a real plus that linens and towels were provided. Very clean with some minor problems with a few of the chair rungs (had been repaired previously but still broken...). Watch the very steep stairs and low balusters though!

Chatham Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this renovated home. Kitchen had all the basics, water pressure and hot water was excellent, fire pit was great. Upstairs bedrooms are sparsely furnished - the three bedrooms share one bath. Downstairs the master has its own bath and the powder room acts as the 3 rd full bath. This actually worked out ok. Chatham is utterly charming. The restaurant across the street is super for breakfast.

Wonderful home in Chatham

We had a wonderful stay in this home in Chatham. The house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very well equipped . The location was perfect. The representatives from the property management group stayed in touch with us and were very receptive to our needs. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again.

great location, well-appointed interior

The property is in a great location with an easy walk to downtown Chatham shops. The house is older, as are all houses in the area, but the interior has been renovated and furnishings are new. The front yard could use sprucing up, but the side yard with firepit is great. We enjoyed our stay!
