I liked the morning breakfast and the indoor pool and The maid service was awesome bringing more towels and fresh linens on the bed. A great place to stay at a very affordable rate.

Nice place for a quick trip

Great stay for a quick few days of Spring Break! The pool was smaller than we expected but still a decent stay! It was quiet and felt safe. Close to Lookout Mountain and downtown attractions!

The pool was nice just small, the room was decent, but the top floor looks like it’s going to fall off on the walkway. Room service was my biggest issue.. my first morning there they didn’t knock or anything they just opened my door while me and my kids were in the bed. I told them no room service needed then later as we are trying to get ready they knock on the door again, I said no room service needed and then they opened the door again! For me, this is a huge issue, we are trying to change and they’re letting themselves into our room violating our privacy. And coming in while we are in bed was crazy too. When we left I told them again, I do NOT need room service so that they would not enter my room while I was gone, but when we got back they had moved all of our personal belongings and took the one trash bag that had one bottle in it. Again, this is a problem for me because why did you go in there again and why was it necessary to move around our belongings and remove our stuff off the beds. (And no, they didn’t make the beds, just moved our stuff off of them). I ended up getting a door stop alarm after that and had no more issues. Breakfast is just stale toast and yogurts. It’s also a pain to get upstairs, I even asked for first floor due to having a infant and trying to walk up a hill and a flight of stairs was a lot with all the kids and the baby carrier and luggage. Other than that, it was convenient and price was decent but you get what you pay for.

There was beer in the fridge and my 5 year old tryed to drink it and the pool was slimy and overall when I told the front desk I was told sorry that was it I feel my room should have been reimburse. Like how did the cleaning people miss the open been in the mini fridge. Will not stay there again

We had a pleasant stay . The room smelled clean and things looked updated. It’s right beside the interstate. Our room was in the back and was quiet. It might be noisy if your room is facing the interstate. Our kid enjoyed the indoor pool.

Some of the staff was yelling at my children. They were barging into the room with our permission, complaining that we had the lock on it. Yelling is not part Of Customer service. We ended up moving away from there to another hotel.
