Most of my experience at Days Inn was great. Room was clean and well-kept, staff was most friendly, and the breakfast was actually good and filling unlike many other hotels I've been to. Normally, I would give this 4 or 5 stars. However... The bed mattress was way too firm and the pillows way too soft and flimsy. I could barely sleep and when I had to get up, my back and neck would be sore. I was there for three nights and after the first night, I had to go out and buy my own pillow just so I could get some better measure of sleep. Even THEN, after nights 2 and 3... while my neck was no longer sore, my back still hurt for a while. This place sorely needs softer mattresses, because I'm sure I'm not the only one with this kind of problem. Pillows need to be thicker and fuller too. Frankly, I feel like giving 3 stars is being generous, since the quality of sleep for the customer is at the very heart of staying at a hotel. Everything else about this place was excellent. Getting a good night sleep? Not so much. 😔

Property was a bit dated, but conveniently located. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Overall the room was clean, but there were some items left in the refrigerator from the last guests. Water pressure was great, which was a nice surprise as that's not always the case in hotels.

Great for an overnight stay at a reasonable price

We chose this hotel because it was easy access to interstate 24 and out of town on north side to avoid morning traffic. The room was clean and not run down. Plenty of towels. Floor (vinyl) could have been cleaner. No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Bad knee made it difficult, but then I didn’t request a ground floor room.

No disappointment, kudo's to the staff !! Wonderful facility. It's been a long time since I have had this nice of a room and personnel as well. The employees were very welcoming & accommodating. The room was perfectly clean and beds are comfortable. The sheets were very clean & crisp like new sheets and I could tell the bed was freshly made. Most hotels the sheets are not clean (I can tell when sheets have been slept on and when they are fresh & unslept on). This hotel & its employees are the best. The breakfast was good on the go. Will stay here again when passing thru.

Good hotel

It has definitely been remodeled! Very clean very comfortable. Bathroom is very well done. Has one of the short toilets. Overall, it is a great stay for this price point.
