Front desk help was fine. The weekend kitchen & bar staff could have cared less. Ordered 1 beer & 1 soda in the bar on Friday night & after we were served the bartender left and no more service & it was early in the evening. No coffee & little egg at breakfast & when I asked, the woman working wasn't happy I'd asked. To be clear, the younger woman working on Monday AM was delightful and couldn't have done more to make the meal enjoyable. Weekend staff needs training. Also, outlets in bathroom didn't work. Overall disappointing.

The room had a huge stain in the carpet. The bathroom towel rack was broken and hanging by one end on the wall as clean towels were left in the bathtub. Both issues were reported as we left and work orders were issued by front desk staff, along with apologies.

Everything has old smelly carpet. The hallway on floor five had a musty odor and the room was humid and had a funky smell. The A/C blew cold air directly on one of the beds, making it very cold while the rest of the room was warm. The gym was tiny, no room to do anything

This is a newer hotel, so it was extremely nice and clean. Everything was is pristine condition. We felt safe, the beds were comfortable, the rooms had plenty of space to move around in and we didn’t feel cramped. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The warm chocolate chips made it all even better.

I've never really had a bad stay at a Doubletree, and this was no exception. The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was dark. Best night's sleep we've had in a while. The shower was wonderful too. 10 out of 10 in my opinion. I will definitely stay here again!

The check-in was excellent great stuff up front we was on the fifth floor when you get off the elevator it stunk extremely bad even her other guests comment that .when we got to the room the room was really nice clean but we only had one bath towel the next day we did not have any. There was a lady cleaning one of the rooms and I asked her for some towels she gave me one and was very rude never did get any towel for the rest of the weekend had to dry off with hand rags
