We had a pet room and it smelled Iike it. The thermostat / HVAC unit did not work. The hall carpet was deeply stained, the overall property was tired. The coffee machine was out of order and the yellow Caution stand was stored behind the handrail in the elevator. Overall, not at all my normal experience of the Express properties.
