The beds are surprisingly really comfortable! Everyone slept well. Our room was consistently clean and the lobby was always clean/smelled fresh. Bathroom has been updated. Our shower was always spotless - the shower floor is extremely slippery as noted in previous reviews. Our AC worked well and kept the room cold. The fridge is not cool enough for anything but keeping water cool. The location is great for nearby attractions and seemed very safe. Minimal road noise. Tons of parking. The breakfast attendant was unfriendly/unhelpful but front desk staff were nice. The breakfast is not anything to rave about. Fresh fruit was rarely available (apples only - 2/5 mornings). Biscuits are hard and eggs salty. The toaster doesn’t work well. Pancakes are good. There’s a nice QT across the street for drinks/snacks. Note to management: Hand sanitizer needs to be relocated to the breakfast area in the morning. That’s an easy way to help prevent spread of infection at a buffet. Price was extremely affordable. We had a nice stay overall and wouldn’t mind staying again.

Terrible experience, room was not clean, hair all of the shower wall. Door to room was broken and held together poorly with blue tape. I asked the front door person for housekeeping, there were no staff in the building. Could not even provide me with cleaning supplies so I could clean the bathroom myself. Cancelled reservation and did not stay there.

I paid for my room type in advance on Expedia. After checking into the hotel we went to the room. It was very hot so we adjusted the temperature on the thermostat. The temperature kept rising. When it reached 77 degrees in the room i went downstairs to tell staff the AC was not working. The staff asked if they could come look. Of course. We got to the room and he explained to me the room was too big to be cooled down by the air conditioner? We had to move rooms and take a smaller and cheaper than we prepaid for room type. At the very least the hotel should reimburse us for the difference in room types.

Front desk staff were not happy people with the goal to make their guests not happy. I was happy to leave the property. I am happy to not recommend. At all. 1 star only because can not leave a lower rating and the place didnt burn down while slept.
