When we got there we were giving a room that had not been cleaned. He was very apotigelic and quickly gave us another room. Bed was extremely comfortable but the bathroom door handle did not work outside the bathroom so when we shut the door it locked us out of the bathroom. Had to go to desk and was given a tool to try and use, went back to room and still could not get in. Had to go back to desk where the same man that helped us get another room the night before sign in to his shift early and came to help. He was able to break in bathroom with my husband's driver's license and was told to simply not close the bathroom door again. Was a hectic little getaway but the man that helped us both nights was so polite and apologetic and because of how he responded to all the things that happened we would go back to this hotel again. Very convenient to everything.

My trip lasted a week, visiting different places in Tennessee and Georgia, and this hotel was one of the worst we stayed in. When we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby. They gave us a room where someone had stayed with pets; the floor and beds were covered in hair, and it smelled of dogs. The stay in the room was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was terrible, just bread and juice or coffee. The service in the lobby and cafeteria needs a lot of improvement. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Toilet paper was in weird spot and shower was slick. Bagel bar for breakfast with cereal options, breakfast area needed restocked sooner. No milk / oatmilk, low bagels, and coffee was low. Parking was well lit. Staff was friendly. Well decorated. Enjoyed our stay!

The room was fine, but the location is not great. It was stuffy in the room, so I tried to cool it down by running the AC for a bit, but it just blasted cold air for a few seconds once an hour or so.
