Ideally situated in beautiful countryside close to Chaunay and the market town of Civray. Well placed for markets, supermarkets, restaurants and sight-seeing. The cottage borders open countryside and is perfect for walking, cycling, bird spotting and generally enjoying nature. Places to visit include Valley of the Monkeys only 20 mins away. Futuroscope at Poitiers, swimming lakes/ water-parks, La Rochelle and the beautiful Ile - de Ré, Cognac, Marais -Poitiven (green Venice), picturesque Angles-sur-Anglin (voted amongst the most beautiful in France), Chauvigny with it's impressive wild bird display set in the medieval castle.
