One of a kind cottage located in cheboygan two bedroom cottage with kitchen and bathroom . 55 and older welcome. no children ,no drinking of alchohol, no smoking of any tobacco products ,no vaping ,no hunters ,no fisherman . parking for one vehicle , no boats ,no dock usage no fire pit usage ,please be respectable to our neighbors, no electric vehicles. Very quiet area, quiet time 10pm to 8 am .
