Incredibly rude staff here. Not all but there were a few. If you only need an overnight stay it'll do the job but given how easy it is to get to the main city side, id suggest finding something nicer. The coach bus is helpful. Also, the area is completely empty and there's not much to do. A giant mall next to it with no real stores smh

The room was close to airport and we got to check-in smoothly. Also liked the shuttle to airport, mtr, and Disneyland. The staff were very polite and helpful. They offered to give us new towels and amenities even though we didn’t need a room clean. Hotel was very clean and modern vibes. There’s water station to fill our bottles which was great. I even liked exploring the hotel grounds. It’s next to restaurants and even 11 Skies —- a huge entertainment complex coming soon! How exciting for Regala hotel! The only downside of this hotel is that the room was small. It is perfect for 2 people only.

If used mostly as airport hotel, but the design of the oval is very inconvenient to haul luggages. The heavy carpet makes luggage wheels sink and hard to shell around.

Room was clean and nice. Hotel was less than five minutes away from the airport, which was convenient for my 12 hour layover. The airport shuttle service was a park, and I received a message from the hotel explaining how to get around, which is really helpful after 20 hours of travelling
