We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights to explore Gloucester and surrounding area. The hotel was in the perfect location on outskirts. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and good size. The hotels amenities were good too including areas to relax and enjoy a drink in the evening.

2 night stay. Very nice hotel, took advantage of the facilities all of which very good. Hotel staff helpful with commuting in and out of Cheltenham via bus links. The only disappointment was the price of breakfast, £17. Coffe was poor and from a machine. Personally I’d expect better for the price. Having said this, I enjoyed my stay and would book again when in the area

Our stay at Cheltenham chase hotel was fantastic. Staff were so helpful, rooms were perfect and clean. We had an amazing stay the perfect spot for sightseeing in this area.

The hotel was beautiful, evening meal in the restaurant was really nice and enjoyable. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Only downside to our stay was that we paid for early check in and when we arrived we were told that our room was not ready so we had to wait an extra half hour to be able to access our room while it was cleaned and prepared. We booked a superior king room and should have had bathrobes available however there was not any. We had to ask three times for these and waited an hour for them. The only reason we got them was because the amazing housekeepers took two out of empty rooms. The pool and jacuzzi are small for the size of the hotel so don’t expect to be able to use the facilities as it does get very busy. Was overall a good stay but would not recommend for a relaxing spa retreat.

Hotel provide nice service, rooms are comfortable and clean. However they claimed as dog friendly hotel, but there is no single bin to dispose dogs poo, so I had to walk outside hotel quite far to find public bin to dispose black poo bag. There is £25 extra charge for a dog, but you have no extras for your 4 legs friend. No dogs bowls for a water, no treats for a dogs either. Great hotel if you have no pet with you, but wouldn't recommend if you travel with your furry friend

Lovely stay. Would definitely go back. Nice room, breakfast was good, and dinner too. My only negative really is that the swimming pool has annoying opening times on the weekend so we couldn't really go. Not sure why they have to shorten the opening times by so much on the weekend.
