Good stay. Close to the entrance to Crater Lake. Near the food options in town.

Good enough for a night
Old hotel between the highway and the railroad. Not good beds but ok. Not quiet but ok when you are tired. Staff very nice, so good enough stop for a night. Accept dogs. A little market and Gas stations around to buy deli and groceries. Very good Mexican restaurant.
The mattress/box springs on queen bed were totally worn out on one side. It made a load pop when I sat on the bed and then sank at least 6”. Luckily the room had a second full size bed with a normal mattress. The shower head sprayed water everywhere and if anyone near by suddenly used water, the water would go from scalding hot to icy cold without warning. The window was missing a vertical blind above the ac unit. If you pulled the curtain to cover the gap in the blinds it blocked air flow. Needless to say privacy was lacking. Finally Wi-Fi was crazy slow. Just used cellphone w/o connecting to Wi-Fi. It was much faster. This hotel should definitely do some room upgrades. Very disappointed.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
$175.00 ,for a $99.00 room.
Checkin was satisfactory but we resereved in February and received an upsatairs bedroom, with a tamperd dead bolt on door. Shabby shower.
Very disappointed.
Was very outdated, floors squeaked and walls were thin. I was on the second floor but the stairs were very narrow and half way up there was a room's door at the landing so if the person inside open the door youd be hit. Our room was a two bed and it had separate rooms but the rooms were tiny and cramped. Balcony was assessable to all rooms so door was locked but still didnt feel safe. The area is very small with only a few businesses. Just passing through for a night was ok but couldnt have stayed any longer.
The bathroom was disgusting. It smelled like pee and had a ring in the toilet. The shower had worn linoleum and it turned black. The beds were like sleeping on springs that needed WD40. I checked in late and could not wait to wake up from the nightmare and zing out of there.

This motel is fine. It is the best in town, but still a step below a Motel 6. Not especially clean or nice. I still gave it 4 stars because it is near Lassen—as long as the North entrance is open.
Photos were not representative of the actual room. The room was infested with mosquitoes. The bed was broken. We could not close the blinds. The shower was filthy. The rate was excessive. I’ve been staying at hotels for business and pleasure for 50 years. This place was the absolute worst property I have ever had the displeasure of staying.
This is basically for truckers. The bed was uncomfortable, with old room furnishings. The rooms are right on the highway across the road from a truck stop, so you get a lot of traffic noise.
We had the worst night sleep ever. The bed was SO uncomfortable. I could literally feel the springs in my body. Everytime we turned or moved the whole bed swueaked. Every pillow was as flat as a pancake. My husband had to get up and sleep on the 2 person sofa in the middle of the night and that was more comfortable than the bed. I folded up every blanket we had and laid the pillows in a line on the bed just so i couldn't feel the springs. I had nightmares all night long and dont think I slept more than a 20 min stretch at a time. Our son who has been hiking the PCT for the past 5 month's and who slept on the side of the road the night before says he slept like a baby... go figure! Do not recommend!
The room was not clean, bathroom was disgusting with hairs all over bathtub mat.
Staff did not speak any English so they had to call someone over the phone every time we need to communicate with them.
Rooms had old beat-up furniture, not a good place to stay at all.
Staff was especially helpful. Did their utmost to make limited ammenities available. Attention to detail in room and drinks available 24/7 in lobby. Small, older place in remote town outside of Crater Lake - you can walk the length of the town in 15-20 minutes. 2 of the 3 restaurants in town were closed on the day we were there (Monday&Tuesday closed). Mexican restaurant was at South end of the street and very good.
The staff at this property are very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean. But the walls are thin (you can hear the truck traffic on the road and the people in other rooms), and everything is in need of an update. For the price, travelers should expect more — but it’s one of the few places with access to the north entrance of Crater Lake — supply and demand determine the price.
