On check in, the man at reception was questioning my boyfriend and I about whether we were married or not. We had to ask him to return our passports. He then put us in the wrong room, knocking on the door after 10 minutes to move us to another room. Then in our new room, knocking on the door again after another 10 minutes because he had forgotten to get my phone number.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Positive points: Convenient for the work locations at OMR. Airport is just 17km away and one can reach within 25 to 30 mins during early mornings or late hours. Ola/Uber cabs available within short waiting time. Lot of eateries and essentials shops around. Room size (the one I had booked at least) was reasonably big. Negative points: Service is sow, unprofessional and lethargic. I checked in around 2:30 pm but the room was not ready even though the check in time was 12 noon. Staff is not well groomed. Communication and presentation is very unprofessional and slow. 1 glass was provided even though 2 guests were checked in. Cleanliness is average. Housekeeping staff is available only till 5 pm and then you are helpless after 5 pm if you need any housekeeping services. One can find mosquitoes and small cockroaches in the room. Basin top and the tap were dislocated, shower was not functional, and bathing stool was not available. Commode has stains. Food options are limited. Drinking water was not provided in the room. Food quality is average. No hot water kettle was provided in the room.

Decent Place

Trivago listed the hotel as near to MEPZ but it was actually ~20kms away. But no complaints. it took us only 45 min in peak hours and 30 min in non-peak to and fro office. Good overall experience. There is no lift and that's a big dampener. Good Wi-Fi connection and hassle-free too. Good Food. Recommended
