The gîte is at some 20 minutes from the historic heart of Troyes and 40 minutes from the Champagne vineyards, the lakes, a golf course, a riding school and municipal tennis court. 1799 detached and restores charming house in a fenced, tree studded and flowered garden situated in the heart of the Pays d'Othe at 23km from Troyes, 40km from Sens and 150km from Paris.
