The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. Their breakfast is very good. They serve just about anything you could want for breakfast. This was our second stay at this hotel and will not be the last. We really enjoy this hotel and its location.

This was a truly pleasant experience (a diamond in the rough). The staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel and room was comfortable. Breakfast was great with many choices of things to eat and drink. The back patio was right over a shallow creek and finally a very nice inside pool.

Beautiful river view

Overall, our stay was very nice. The deck overlooking the river provided much needed relaxation. The hotel is close to everything we wanted to do, plus some. Our only complaint is the beds are not very comfortable. We found them to be on the hard side.

Key cards are a problem

Check in was bad. That is the first impression. I took the cart up while my husband parked our truck. The door key would not work. So I waited with our luggage until my husband came up. He went back down to get working key cards to find a sign that said will be back in 10 minutes. When we come in there was two people at the front desk. So we waited to get in our room. It was hot and musky in the room. Once the air got moving the musky smell got better. The next morning the breakfast was great. The lady doing breakfast is kind and wonderful. Went out for the day. Had a great time when we came back. Our key cards wouldn’t work. The front desk employing said did you have it around your cell phone, I said my husband‘s been in his wallet, but neither keys are working and she’s well might’ve been around the credit cards. Then I told her well maybe I don’t need to stay at this motel again if I can’t get in my room consistently because I know I hate these keys so then I asked her. I said well I didn’t know they came with instructions. Where should we put the keys? She informed me we should keep them away from everything if we wanted them to work all I have to say to that is wow somebody I’m biggest take away is if you can’t consistently get in your room maybe it’s not the best place to stay.

Did not receive balcony room as described. Curtains in room were tore, bathtub had mold, hand prints all over glass door. Terrible room and check in staff did not try to change my room even though I paid for balcony room. This hotel is on a side ride with nothing around very unsafe looking area.

Nice area and clean. When booked we were under the impression that our room would be river front because that’s what we chose when booking through Hotels. We immediately went to inquire about this. They made us feel third rate because “we booked with a third party (Hotels) and we didn’t qualify for that. Don’t think I’ll choose Hotels or Best Western again.
