Staff tried to give us a Smoking room on a non-smoking reservation until i proved i had a non-smoking room reserved. We were about to sleep in the car rather than stay in a smoking room. very disappointed. If you dont like to honor other reservation stay companies like Travelocity then dont allow them to book through you.

We booked a King non-smoking on Expedia, at check in they tried to give us a Queen smoking. We had to fight the front desk to get the room we booked. Room was nice and updated. Casino was fun and staff was friendly.

Greatly disappointed and surprised that apparently a picture is missing from one wall and the remaining brackets left bare. So tacky. It's something you would not expect in a more luxurious Hotel, but maybe in a Super 8. Also, I understand the need to conserve water use and that must shower in Hotels have restrictive water flow, however it seems the water/pressure was usually limited. You may consider providing pillows with lower profiles, to limit strain on neck. I run across another person in the casino that had the same complaint.

Be prepared to walk and know what hotel you are in. Inside the halls to each section are marked with Hotel only… not identified with name of tower. Overall a beautiful facility and very comfortable.

Room ac and microwave did not work, front desk staff rude, room downgraded with no compensation moving me from the new tower I reserved and paid for to the old tower that still reaks of smoke. Requested assistance from desk more than once and didn’t get a reply until after 11 pm by them calling my room and waking me up the night before I was checking out to ask if i wanted to change rooms. Not happy or impressed.

No TV or internet during our stay. Also, someone had locked their dog alone in neighboring room. The dog barked all night while whoever went gambling. The house obviously couldn’t stop the barking.

Hotel was Great. We stayed in the creek tower. We had friends in the soco tower. You couldn definitely tell the soco doesn't fet as much attention as the creek tower.
