Staff was great. Breakfast was ok. Good choices for continental. The hall and our room smelled terrible. The first night was the worst. I paid $421 for 2 nights. Not at all worth $200/ night. I thought it would be better.

Liked sitting around fire pit. Didn’t like not getting towel and trash changed because we stayed a few days. Someone on our 4th floor had door open and was smoking weed. Construction workers staying at hotel.

no healthy optiobs like fruits. apple juice was murky flavorless water. the front desk was nice. one clean person smelled like canibis and and the elevator was uncomfortable to ride in as a result. the other cleaning person has his music playing on loudspeaker in the hallway as he cleaned. the floors were mopped and i almost slipped walking into the elevator since the floor was very wet. no cleaning sevice every day???? stains on the deak and side tables. tv was set to hdmi 2, no tv ersvice???? the window screen has a big tear in it. will never stay in a microtel again .

This was one of the nasty places to stay ! Old moldy food under bed and dirty clothes! Ac/ cover fell off and door handles to bathroom where hanging off the door . And to top off no hot water to shower and when I complained the staff was like ya its cause we are full!!!!!!

I stayed there 3 nights a week for 2 months. I was planning on doing that till January. During these 2 months, housekeeping came trying to open my door before 11 am on check-out days. I complained multiple times to the front desk manager, but nothing has been done. If you care for your privacy take your money elsewhere.
