This cabin was amazing. We had our dept retreat here and it did not disappointment. The kitchens were fully stocked. The furniture was extremely comfortable. Oh my gosh and the beds were sooo comfortable. I would love to book this place for a family stay in the future.

Just Book it!

For 2025, My family decied to return to North Georgia for our family trip. Last year Dahlonega and this year, Blue Ridge. For 2025, after much research on where to stay, we chose A Stoney River. We are so glad we did! What a beautiful house! The split levels in the house are great for famiNorth Georgia is such a beautiful area with many things to do.

75th birthday

We got together with my family to celebrate my dad turning 75. this house was great and made it easy to accommodate all 15 people comfortably. Tons of outdoor space made it great to sit out on the deck and enjoy the mountain air and listen to the creek below. We would 100% stay here again with a large group.

Great short or long stay

This house was fantastic. It was modern with also a classic feel. The kitchen was the best rental kitchen I’ve ever stayed in - the only time “fully stocked kitchen” has ever been true. So much space to spread out for our 6 person group. But the best part of the house had to be the outdoor patios, they were just very well done. I would recommend this house to anyone and if I had to come to north Georgia for any reason, I would stay again.

Very Nice House Just Outside of Blue Ridge

This was one of the nicest rental houses I've stayed at via VRBO. The layout is very open with lots of space to spread out. The large covered porches with TV's and fireplaces were a great place to relax. The kitchen is huge and was nice to cook in. Check in and out were also super easy. FYI for anyone looking to book, they do limit the number of vehicles to just 4 for this property, which isn't included in the listing. If you're having a large group visit, this may require some extra planning for carpooling since the house does easily sleep 12. Overall though, this was an amazing house located just outside of Blue Ridge, with plenty of fun activities around!

Lovely House

Upon arriving at the house were excited to find they still had up their beautiful Christmas decorations. And while the weather didn't cooperate; the house was wonderful. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The bedroom/bathroom situation wasn't ideal for three couples and six teenagers, but we made it work and should have understood that better from the house description. We also enjoyed the view of the stream in the back and the lovely neighborhood for taking long walks. While we did have a couple of minor issues while there the management company addressed them right away.

A Stoney River

Great Home for a family get away. Close to Blue Ridge and Elijay. Very comfortable with 2 indoor and 2 out door fireplaces. Beautiful scenary. Would rent here again if we visited this area.

Much needed relaxing time with the family

We enjoyed our stay. Positive: plenty of living space, large and well-stocked kitchen, great pantry, tons of TVs, beautiful outdoor living areas - great for pictures, plenty of blankets to cozy up! Recommendations: I would have liked having curtains in master bedroom as it has a sliding door to the outdoor living and one may want some privacy. Game area is in the garage and you have to walk through a bunk bedroom to get to it. For some reason, I didn't realize it from the pics or description. Directions that are sent recommending to avoid GPS: there's no need to complicate things - google and apple maps work just fine and bring you to the door.

Mountain bike getaway

Mountain bike trip with 5 couples. House gave us our own space to relax. Stayed 8 days and rode somewhere new everyday. Blue ridge for the evenings was very convenient. Definitely recommend for large groups.

Beautiful Home and Location

Home was great!! Just a few things that need to be updated or changed. The extra bedrooms had full beds and not queens. The kitchen ceiling leaked when it rained and the upstairs bathroom closet door came completely off the hinges when you opened it. The extra bedroom upstairs blanket that was in the closet hasn't been cleaned in awhile. It had dirt and blood on it. But overall i would stay again..

Peaceful, spacious, and clean property

We enjoyed our stay at a Stoney River. We loved the outdoor spaces and hearing the river down below. The house was clean and everything was in great condition. The kitchen was amazing and very spacious; it had everything we needed. We had a group of 10, and it was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this property.
