Stayed at a terrible hotel for 3 days, this place was heaven compared to them. Nice staff, nice rooms, nice environment, plenty of convenient places around the hotel. Would highly recommend staying here

The staff were okay but not very friendly. There are no laundry facilities which is very inconvenient for guests. The doors are locked from 7pm-7am which is inconvenient if you want to have food delivered. The worst part was the cleanliness of the room. They didn’t clean under the bed at all and there was A LOT of hair and dirt. There was hair and dust on the furniture as well. No extra towels are provided so each guest only has one set. The facility is pet friendly which is great but with the lack of cleanliness it made me feel uncomfortable having my pet there. Overall, the stay was okay but they could certainly improve these areas to make it more convenient and comfortable for guests.

If you don’t have plates they will not give them to you. Also I asked for an extra blanket and wasn’t given one my son had to go downstairs and get one.

Upon arrival I was great by both people that were checking others in. I had trouble with my door lock. I called and was immediately told what I needed to do . This is my 2nd time staying there.

More of a party hotel than family friendly. Would not recommend staying here if you have kids with you, as they will most likely be woken up many times due to loud music and people screaming out in the parking lot. Other than a sleepless night, the hotel itself was fine but the staff was not the friendliest.
