I wouldnt say there was anything business about the room, shower was shocking. Breakfast was standard and not much choice. Ordered some chips which cost £5 and only got 12 of them

Speedy check in, staff very friendly and communicative, good range of breakfast and large comfortable bedroom. Car parking is quite expensive, limited and tight as not that many spaces available. On a previous stay I had a canal side room which was lovely and quiet. This time I had a roadside room next to the bypass and was quite noisy, especially from 6:. Overall though a pleasant stay and will return.

What stood out was everything from the minute we arrived. Spotless hotel, friendly staff everywhere, from the gym to the kitchen. Breakfast gluten free options, was everything except the croisant, which was a refeshing change for a coeliac. Enjoyed use of the pool & spa & cant wait to come back again.

The area around the mill is not the best with rubbish around. The bedrooms first got put into was awful,small and damp donated to be moved which they did. The breakfast was grays and the downstairs area is lovely but to rooms are dated ans do need some refurbishment

Lovely staff room and facilities. The breakfast was cold and rock hard, very cheap sausages more bread than meat . Again staff couldn’t do enough but the worst breakfast we have ever had . A shame .

Not as advertised. Expected Breakfast menu offering Eggs Benedict/Florentine , omelette etc . Not a very standard hot buffet and cereal. No fresh fruit cut up/seeds - cereal toppings. No black pudding . No coffee maker. Have stayed in alot of hotels and the stars don't reflect what you get. The toilet ik the women's changing room stunk really really bad of urine. Meant to report it . The furniture in rooms was lovely but what about everywhere else and a Smart Tele. Money needs to be used or the price dropped considerably
