Staff was great and the area was amazing. Overall not bad for the price. The hotel is a little older but clean, and friendly staff which helps make up for it but..... the AC was not working initially in room 402, a staff member came and turned it on and off several times. It worked better but not great. The water pressure was erratic in the morning. The windows in the outer balcony room are not sealed.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in—and I’ve been to some pretty bad places. The bathroom smells absolutely horrible, like sewage, and the stench permeates the entire room all day long. The water heater barely works; you’re forced to shower with a slow drip of water unless you want to freeze. Service is practically nonexistent, and the staff is completely unhelpful. I’ve never rated a place this low, but this experience warrants it. I want my money back and would leave immediately, but of course, they refuse to issue any refunds. avoid at all costs!
