So I love love love this hotel. The staff super helpful and the location is awesome ! Super nice clean and modern room with everything you need and the restaurant inside the hotel is also great. Can’t recommend this place enough ! Absolutely enjoyed every minute here and will stay here again in the future !

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff and location were great. Only removing one star because I found the breakfast to be a bit lackluster and the bed was very hard but those are my only complaints and I would definitely stay here again despite my gripe about the bed.

Hotel was in a great location in the old town of Chiang Mai. I booked this as hotels.com gave it a 4-star rating. I very much disagree with that designation and am disappointed that hotels.com did not vet this property better. The room quality and service did not meet a 4 star standard and were 3 star at best.
