Gabby was phenomenal!! She was so welcoming and kind on our check in. Clean room and close to everything is the reasons we continue to stay here every year. Our only issue is we really miss the coffee morning delivery… please bring it back!

During my stay, several issues significantly impacted the overall experience. The walls appeared to be painted in multiple mismatched colors, giving an unfinished and inconsistent appearance. Additionally, after only a few hours in the room, my brand-new white socks were noticeably discolored due to the condition of the flooring. The walls were extremely thin, allowing noise to carry easily, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed. Furthermore, the parking credit that was noted in the reservation was not honored upon check-in, which was disappointing. The beds were excessively firm, making it challenging to sleep comfortably. Lastly, the carpet in the room was not properly secured to the floor—it shifted easily and resembled temporary flooring rather than standard hotel carpeting. Unfortunately, due to these combined issues, I would be unlikely to stay at this property again.
