I stayed for 3 nights. Hot water only for 1 morning. Had a cockroach in the shower. One of the linens had a stain on it. After reporting these problems and speaking with onsite management, I was accused of generating AI photos to deceive them. The level of disrespect I have received shows me how much they really care about their service.

We didn't have any warm water in our room and it wasn't fixed before we left granted maintenance was off Christmas but it doesn't excuse not having it fixed the 2 days afterwards.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was temporarily closed. The workout room equipment was old and didn't work very well. The hallways had a strong odor. When I requested a late checkout on a Wednesday when they weren't very busy, i was told it would be an extra $100.
