It could have been cleaner in the communal areas. Rooms were very clean, but need updated/maintenance. Pool had no towels in area, which was inconvenient. The pool area wasn't cleaned during the stay either. Staff was very friendly though! Breakfast was good for free- Eggs, sausage, and either french toast or potato. They also had make your waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Along with juices. The coffee was horrible, bring your own or head out to Starbucks less than a mile away. Acceptable experience.

Family two nights - enjoyed stay

Overall good stay for family. Two nights. Breakfast was ok. Several hot and cold options. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice with new floors. Bathroom had hair in multiple places but otherwise appeared clean. Family enjoyed the pool. Hot tub was large. Both great for kids. No pool towels were in the pool room on Saturday morning. Enjoyed the stay. Would return.

Flooring in Rooms was a shock!

The service was excellent and the amenities were very nice. The hotel and rooms were clean. The flooring choice however was unexpected and disappointing. First time I have ever had a room with laminate flooring. It felt cold and sterile almost like a hospital room. If using that type of flooring perhaps so rugs to soften it up and make it more appealing.

Get rid of the headboards

Need to get rid of the headboards. Had a horrible night stay as each time someone in our room or the next room rolled over in the bed. The headboard would hit against the wall, very loud and annoying, made for restful sleep being impossible.
