We got there a little early and usually we can check in, but this time they told us it would be a $75 charge or come back at 3 pm. room was clean except on 1/13/2025 when we turned on the water it was brown and cold. Called down to the front desk and they said they would call us back. nobody called so my husband went down. They had issues they said and plumbers where there to fix it. They said nothing they could do beause we didn't book through them. They finally gave us another room to take a shower and gave us a later check out. Plus some Hilton points.

The best hot shower ever ! The hotel was right beside a grocery store and a Whole Foods across the street . The only downside was there is only one microwave in the lobby and not in the rooms . They have a market to get all your essentials but they are only open until 3p. I appreciate the starbucks they have in the lobby is so good !!!
