We have stayed at this hotel many times because of its location to family, shopping, and restaurants. When we checked in almost everything was okay—relaxed and watched a little tv. There was a stain on the comforter which we told the front desk about and asked to have it changed. When we returned after dinner, the bed had been changed, but the tv was unplugged and the thermostat had been turned up to 75. Was this some petty revenge for our complaint?!?!? We will come back to the Lisle/Naperville area, but we will NOT stay at this hotel again!!

It was clean and friendly and neat . Plus Lisette that works at the front she is very polite and she’s done a great job and made my stay so welcoming on my stay at doubletree . She’s a good staff and you guys up in headquarters / upper management yall need move up the ladder in the company . The room had no refrigerator or microwave. The water pressure for the shower head was awful. The hallways had a “smell” to them. They’re currently remodeling - we were on an old floor. Hope the remodel is better because we won’t stay here again.

Staff didn’t have food recommendations. One shared microwave for the hotel and it was dirty. Smell of marijuana in the wing we were roomed in. Had to ask for my Silver members cookies and water. Bag of garbage right outside our room as we came up to our room. Sorta clean.

Hotel is being renovated. Hallways are incredulous loud and echoey so it makes for noisy rooms. Hard to sleep because of it and also lamp next to bed was not working and phone was dead, and confirmed by the front desk.
