First, they were overbooked and forced us to relocate to a dump at 1am. We had to pay for our own transportation there and back and though every "Manager" assured us that we would be reimbursed BEFORE we checked out, that was a blatant lie. They could replace all management with an AI robot and have a better outcome. Generalized incompetence and gaslighting must be the brand standard. Horrible, horrible, horrible. The cost of the taxis was not the issue; the group effort to lie about the process and then still fail to handle the situation honestly was unacceptable. Trust nothing any manager says. Arrive early because they oversell daily and their "sister" hotels are miles away and piss poor. Buyer beware.
Where they will send you after they overbook and force you to take a $50 car ride at midnight.

First time in the city and I was happy with the location of our lodging. I am NOT...happy about needing some toilet paper for our bathroom, and we asked the cleaning lady for some and she just told me, "I dont have any!!!" All the while....cleaning and refreahing a room two doors down from us. That is unacceptable. She didnt even bother to offer to bring some.

Specifically picked this property for the pool and gym. The gym was closed the entire time. Chose a corner suite and was told I could get a center suite for the same price which is ridiculous. Was not pleased about that. The room was adequate and the restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

The noise from people in the atrium was quite loud around 10 p.m., and when I called the front desk to ask if hotel staff could request the people tone down, I couldn't get an answer. So, tough sleeping!

I was overcharged during my stay, and I’m very disappointed. I was told one price but ended up being charged more than expected. I reached out for help, but the issue was not resolved. I’m here for important reasons and didn’t expect to deal with this kind of situation. I hope management takes this seriously and corrects the mistake.

Excellent! The staff went above and beyond, including the valet, front desk, the bell hop, and staff working the morning breakfast. Everyone did their jobs well, efficiently, and with a smile! Even after checking out we were able to leave our bags and car there until we were done shopping. We got great recommendations from the bell hop. The location was PERFECT as well.

This was one of our best hotel experiences when traveling as a family! The hotel and room felt a bit luxurious while being affordable for a downtown hotel. The staff was very helpful in holding our luggage for us before we could check in. The Happy Hour reception was a nice bonus that I wasn't expecting. I loved how the red line subway was so close and made it convenient for us to travel without a car. The breakfast had so many wonderful options and was delicious! My 10 year old son said it was "by far the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at!" The beds were comfortable which we greatly appreciated after a rough night trying to sleep on a train the night before. Highly recommend!

When the air conditioning in our room went out, the staff wasn’t especially helpful and we had to wait about 6 hours before they’d put us in another room. The eggs to order station at breakfast got our orders wrong every time we ordered. Wallpaper was peeling off walls. On the other hand, the location is good.
