Only thing I would rate bad is the fact you are downtown and you are in Chicago. No places to park unless you’re willing to pay for valet or you get really lucky. I advise preparing yourself to walk/ and or take an uber around

Awesome breakfast crew.

Place was nice, clean and comfortable ,I also wanted to extend my appreciation to the breakfast staff they were on top of things very attentive had displayed an excellent hospitality. I wish they were a tip jar for em. They deserve a bonus or some type of raise.

This will be my go-to for future stays in Chicago. Great location, amazing friendly staff, and very comfortable and affordable. The elevators seem a little outdated but everything else was wonderful. It is located across the street from the fire station, which might cause a little noise, but can make for some entertainment when they are out and about in the morning and you can see them from the breakfast area. Had a great time!

I understand noisy because it’s downtown Chicago but it didn’t help that this hotel was physically next to the firehouse haha! Things were easy to walk to and the rooms were beautiful!
