Every staff person was amazing and helpful. Im use to having maybe one or two kind persons, but literally everyone in staff was kind. Check in was efficient. Theres valet parking for a fee, which was great because I hate parking in Chicago. Breakfast had a wide variety and was free.

Love the breakfast and common area where the decoration with classic books on shelves is amazing. Close to Green Line and Chinatown. Staff are professional and friendly. The only thing is that the room cleaning service is not ideal, and the ventilation isn't good

Worst hotel ever

I will never ever stay there again. Dirty place. Smells bad. Shower head broken. Water is very weak you can’t even shower. Filthy carpet never walk in the room without shoes “trust me”. Pool water is freezing cold kids can’t swim. Almost $400 a night !!!!!! Seriously
