Oakbrook oasis

Suite concept made the space comfortable and relaxing. Close to Oakbrook terrace mall and quality restaurants w easy access to the major freeways.Right next to the Drurylane theatre so parking can be a challenge on show nights.An 8 dollar overnite parking charge was surprising for a suburban location.

The staff at the front desk made this experience so enjoyable! My family and I were treated so well! In times where it feels like people don’t care about consumers/customers it was so refreshing to be shown genuine kindness and care. The 3 young ladies at check in as well as the gentleman watching the pool made our trip! We felt safe and satisfied! I couldn’t have asked for more

Don’t Stay

The stay was terrible and we had to chase Asian lady beetles in the room all weekend. We were sent into someone else’s room with our initial room keys. We were told that the entire hotel was infested with the bugs and that they didn’t have any where for us to go. No accommodations were given not even a credit to breakfast to my family of 8 that stayed. I don’t recommend staying here.

Traveled with family, rooms were average they charge for the water bottles in the room. The TV in our room was not working neither was the phone in our room. They had security for the pool and he looked like he was drunk or high. They closed the pool early on Saturday due to too many kids per staff words. I had a hard time communicating with the front desk or management had to call through my cell phone and even then had a hard time anyone picking up the phone. Front desk does not explain anything to us at check in. It was pretty ghetto. Would not stay here again.

There was nothing unique about this hotel. WiFi didn’t work maintenance tried to get it to work but couldn’t. I was told to use my phone personal hotspot which I found was dumb. I’m a member and I believe this would really be my last time coming here. Staff was friendly and nice but can never solve problems. My hotel room phone didn’t work I had to walk to the front desk to ask any questions I had.
