The hotel staff were friendly and engaging. They were helpful in answering questions about the area. Parking was good. Always had a parking spot, but was concerned about what to do if the garage was full as it was not reserved parking. Fortunately, dudnt have to find out. Nice that the garage was accessible through interior..did not have to go out in the rain. On site restaurant was good. Overall, a pleasant experience.

This property is kind of outdated and could use some upgrades. The air condition in the room did not keep the room cool. It would shut off and on and once off the room would get warm. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were AWFUL! Outside of that the property was fine. However, I don’t think I would book this property again.

The hotel was around everything that it made everything walkable. Grand station is location right in front so that was convenient as well when we had to take it. The hotel was clean and spacious. They offer complimentary bag drop off if you arrive early or have a later flight so you can roam around the city freely

Very useful having a fridge and microwave for reheating those leftover steak and deep dish dinners! Also good size safe for storing a laptop. Only issue was with the breakfast - should check what the breakfast coupons are good for. There was a standard option with oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and bread options. Then getting OJ or a waffle seemed to be an extra charge.

The rooms were beautiful and very well updated. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from Navy Pier with plenty of great dining options around. The Red Line station is steps from the front door which made everything very accessible.
