We got to our room to find bed bugs. The hotel staff at the front desk did not seem to care, and brushed it off very quickly. We did get a new room, and that one appeared to be cleaner.

Dislike: not getting access to the MLB National League playoffs on the room TV. What TV service or hotel room doesn't get this national event??? I had to get updates on the games through my phone. Very annoying.
