Clean, staff was nice. Room was clean. But bathe is tiny. Lobby furniture needs shampooing. It’s nice furniture just stained. Not too far from downtown but I would not call it walkable.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Pretty clean and seemed to have been remodeled. Protesters at 5 am right outside were disturbing but outside of the hotel control. They did let us know about it upon check in at least. Overall felt safe, no bugs, decent price. Close parking for a fee. Convenient location.

Terrible experience. Parking should absolutely be free. $65 a night for parking is nothing short of theft. On top of that, the hotel had protesters outside with megaphones, and instead of offering a discount or compensation for the disruption, nothing was done. But just saying sorry. To make matters worse, at checkout my bill was $801 for a 3-day stay because they improperly billed me. After arguing with the front desk, they finally corrected it down to $620. still outrageous, but at least almost $200 less than their mistake. Laughable hotel. I would never return here, even if it were the last hotel available in Chicago.
