Rooms were basic but clean and everything we needed, the lobby was very nice with a little bar with good drinks. Located in an area with tons to do and decently priced, nice parking ramp located right next door at the Godfrey Ramp to make check in a breeze! Staff were also very nice and accommodating - had several conversations with staff looking for recommendations and every one they gave was perfect!

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the bathroom in our room was not properly cleaned, and there was no refrigerator available, which was inconvenient. We were initially placed in an extremely small room that felt like a shoebox, and I had to request a room change to be more comfortable. Additionally, the water provided in the lobby did not appear to be refreshed or changed during our stay. There was also no staff member present at the front desk when assistance was needed, resulting in a long wait before someone finally arrived. Overall, these issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay and the level of service we experienced. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

There were no glasses in the room to drink out of. There was no lotion. There was no coffee maker. The shower curtain does not stretch the whole way so water gets all over the bathroom. We had a free VIP "hot" breakfast. When went down, there was no hot food. Just coffee and some bakery items. And no employee to serve us. Very, very misleading. We won't be staying here again.
