Quite clean. This is my 3rd stay (proximity to elderly family), I have had visits where the smell of smoke lingered (whether recent or not, hard to tell, even though all the rooms are non-smoking, there did not appear to be anywhere for smoking guests to go, so I imagine not everyone obeys the rule). I did have an issue with a clogged sink one time, and a malfunctioning ac unit in another. That being said, any time I brought an issue to the attention of the front desk, the issue was pleasantly and quickly addressed. Love the staff, and will most likely stay there again

The room was very dirty and dark. The floors were sticky and dirty. The couch had horrible stains and that had to be covered with sheets. The shower had mold and was very small.

It was a decent place to stay for the price. All the rooms they have has a sofa with pull out bed which was pretty helpful with our big family. Staff was friendly. The hotel was close to shopping centers and restaurants. We did have some issues with our bathroom but they did fix it and gave us alternative solution.

Rooms great, rest so-so.

The key card system was awful. Our first set of cards did not work on our room door so we have to go back to front desk. Then none of the sets they gave us worked at back door which is locked. The front parking lot is small so needed to park in back. Two females coming in late, so not appreciated. They did have a doorbell. The room was spacious and great. Just a heads up no blow dryer in room.

Was disappointed the indoor pool was closed for equipment repair. There was not a blow dryer in the room, asked front desk 2 times to bring one up, they left notes for housekeeping but one never showed up. Was disappointed no free breakfast, not even coffee. Coffee pot in room but only decaffeinated and tea. Only 1 cup as well. I think they want you to pay $5 for coffee at the bar/restaurant.

Our room wasn’t ready or clean

When we arrived, the room had not been made. The refrigerator wasn’t working, so I went to let them know and they went ahead and cleaned the room and got us a new refrigerator. When we came back to the room, we noticed there was water on the floor in the bathroom and I told him I didn’t know if the shower was leaking or the toilet and I told him again our room wasn’t made and this time I spoke to Management. All she did was offer to move us to the second room. I wasn’t happy with our stay, but I had no other choice as all the other hotels were booked due to the Navy graduating. The trash in our bathroom was overflowing.I feel they did not go above and beyond to accommodate us. They just went ahead and did what they had to do, but that’s about it

Very Dirty, very old and banged up. needs remodel, Everything is broken. I booked 3 nights but only stayed 1. I asked for a room away from the ice machine. I was told the ice machine was broken so it doesn't matter. That sums it up.
