It was quick and easy to check-in and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about what we received with our upgrade. We checked in close to 11pm and having the process go as smoothly as it went made for a great experience! During our stay we never had any problems with excessive noise, especially considering it was St. Patty's weekend, and everything we wanted to do was in walking distance.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in helping us. There was no greeting, no smile—just a cold, indifferent attitude that made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. When we asked questions about check-in, amenities, or local recommendations, the responses were curt and borderline rude. It felt like the staff were doing the bare minimum, with no sense of hospitality or care. To make matters worse, there was a mistake with our booking, and instead of apologizing or offering to help, the receptionist seemed irritated and dismissive. Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy at the front desk really soured our stay. A hotel’s reception sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately, this one left a very poor impression.
